CONSULTANT - JOSEPH TEIXERA
Simplicity consulting is led by Joseph Teixeira whose career in management and consulting spans the past 17 years across several industries and countries within the Caribbean region. Joseph has held corporate roles where he has managed both generalist and specialist human resource management functions. As a consultant, Joseph has led and participated in several public sector transformation initiatives as well as continues to support a portfolio of local and regional clients. He also provides subject matter expertise to several consulting firms. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Florida International University and is qualified practitioner in PROSCI Change Management, TABLEAU, and WorldatWork Global Remuneration Professional.
